Services

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, with a specific focus on neurodivergent women. I specialize in religious trauma, childhood trauma, autism, ADHD, OCD, and pregnancy & postpartum mental health. My work is rooted in helping you feel more grounded, understood, and authentically yourself.

Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

$150/session

My individual, family and couples therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes long. During our intake session we will determine if you need to be coming in to see me weekly or bi-weekly. I do not recommend starting out in therapy doing any less than bi-weekly appointments, as you will likely not see much growth or progress if you do so.

If you would like to do 90 minute therapy sessions, that is also something we can discuss during the intake. That extra 30 minutes can be incredibly beneficial for those clients who are doing EMDR therapy or couples therapy. However, I am only able to offer 90 minute sessions to those clients who are paying out of pocket, as insurance companies will not allow me to consistently bill for 90 minute sessions.

What about insurance?

Co-pays are dependent on your specific insurance plan

Making therapy more accessible is something that I strive to do as often as I can. One of the ways I have tried to do so is by accepting several different insurance plans. I currently accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield of Nevada, Cigna and Unitedhealthcare.

EMDR

EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy is a highly effective approach to treating various types of trauma, including childhood trauma, relational trauma, and religious trauma. I use EMDR to help clients process and heal painful experiences, allowing them to move forward and find greater peace and fulfillment in their lives. More and more research continues to show that EMDR is also incredibly helpful for those dealing with OCD, and I have seen this to be true in my own practice with clients as well.

IFS

IFS (internal family systems) helps us understand the different “parts” of you, such as: the anxious part, the overthinking part, or the part that shuts down when someone raises their voice at you. I often integrate IFS into EMDR, or use it to support clients who experience dissociation, to help you feel more grounded and in control of your inner world.

AUTISM-AFFIRMING ERP

If you’ve heard of ERP (exposure and response prevention) and felt intimidated, you’re not alone. Traditional ERP approaches can sometimes feel incredibly rigid or way too intense. My approach to ERP is different, and comes from an autism-affirming lens. We will move at your pace, collaborate on every single step, and prioritize your safety and treatment sustainability. You won’t be pushed aggressively past your limits or expected to “white-knuckle” your way through it.

EFT

EFT (emotionally focused therapy) is a research-backed approach for couples that helps you understand the patterns you and your partner keep getting stuck in, especially during conflict. Instead of just arguing about the same things on repeat, we get underneath it and focus on what you’re both actually feeling and needing. The overall goal of EFT is to help you build a relationship that feels safer and much more emotionally connected.
